Implementation
We can help install and implement our software offerings on-site or remotely to ensure you are up and running immediately.
Consulting
Our consulting services are based on an analysis of your needs and are usually linked to work flow, implementation of a software technology, and/or integration with existing systems. Consulting can be independent of our product offerings.
Support
Full technical support is available for most of our software products. Where this is a chargeable extra we will notify you before you purchase the software. In any case, we are always happy to receive any support requests at support@amicus-transtec.com or call us on +44 (0) 1562 74 66 32. We can also provide 'per incident' support (in English, German, French, Danish, Hungarian, Dutch, and Spanish).
System Audits
A key value to our offering is to work with you to identify your needs across all software product groups and services. Because we can recommend software from any product group, we are not forced to compel you to spend more budget in one direction or the other. Indeed, we believe spreading your budget over more software tools will increase your return on investment whilst providing more functionality.
System Audits allow you to revisit your current investments and consider which future investments will bring you the greatest benefit. System Audits involve identifying which software is already used in the translation process, what versions they are, if upgrades exist what benefit they might bring. We will also look at where interoperability could be improved.
Software Development and Customisation
Not for the faint hearted, software development or customisation of an existing application can be an expensive and sometimes long process. We have a wealth of experience in specifying requirements and defining deliverables for software projects. We can create software in any environment you require including web, Windows, Mac, Linux or platform neutral, and in any programming language.
